تريد كيتي أن ترسم السماء. لكن السماء بعيدة جداً!
Rio brings a ladder. Kiti climbs. Still too far!
يُحضر ريو سُلّماً. تصعد كيتي. ما زالت بعيدة!
Moo brings balloons. Up goes Kiti… but only a little bit.
يُحضر موو بالونات. ترتفع كيتي… قليلاً فقط.
Tiko thinks. “Paint the sky on paper, then hold it up!”
يفكّر تيكو. «ارسمي السماء على ورقة، ثم ارفعيها!»
Kiti paints blue, a rainbow and a big smiling sun.
ترسم كيتي اللون الأزرق، وقوس قزح، وشمساً كبيرة مبتسمة.
They hold it up high. “Now the sky has a friend!”
يرفعونها عالياً. «الآن صار للسماء صديق!»
