Every morning, Toti sings to wake the sun.
كل صباح، يغنّي توتي ليوقظ الشمس.
One day Toti oversleeps. ZZZ.
في يوم ما، ينام توتي أكثر من اللازم. زززز.
The sun comes up anyway! Moni says, “Toti, wake up!”
تشرق الشمس على أي حال! تقول موني: «يا توتي، استيقظ!»
Toti is surprised. “The sun got up without me?”
يتفاجأ توتي. «استيقظت الشمس من دوني؟»
Moni smiles. “The sun doesn’t need a song. But WE love your songs.”
تبتسم موني. «الشمس لا تحتاج أغنية. لكننا نحن نحب أغانيك.»
So Toti sings a good-morning song for his friends instead.
